Assistant Manager of Dialer Operations

Job Description

The Assistant Manager of Dialer Operations is responsible for managing and optimizing dialer campaigns, overseeing the team’s performance in metrics reporting, analysis, and forecasting. This role reports directly to the Operations Manager and collaborates closely with other members of the operations team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a call center or BPO environment with expertise in Dialer platforms (Aspect or Predictive Dialer)
  • Proficient in understanding and analyzing Contact Center metrics
  • Familiarity with Analytic tools such as Advanced Excel, STAT, SPSS, etc.
  • Ability to manage, motivate, and coach team members
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Strong leadership skills, effective people skills, ability to multitask, and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Willingness to collaborate with cross-departmental teams and participate in company-wide initiatives
