We are seeking an Experienced Omnichannel Communication Platform Solution Architect with a clear vision and extensive experience in developing robust communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Voice platforms such as Asterisk and FreeSWITCH, along with proficiency in troubleshooting networking and telephony issues using tools like Wireshark. This role requires deep knowledge in integrating various technologies including Kamailio for SIP call distribution, WebRTC and queuing mechanisms like RabbitMQ. Additionally, experience in integrating TTS and ASR engines (e.g., Azure, Amazon Polly, Google) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Freshdesk, etc) is essential.
